This is by far the *worst* experience I've had with e-commerce. The day it arrived broken, in a box with no fragile warning, I wrote the seller how to proceed. I still have yet to hear back from them. What a waste of my time and money. I hope this gets resolved soon. Happy St. Patrick's Day.

i was really happy to find a fountain for a friends birthday that didn't have plastic taps! The delivery was quicker than expected which was great.
The only problem is that the fountain top does not fit nicely it wobbles slightly as the 2 parts are not lining up. My friend did not mind this, but i wasn't happy.
