We pack and ship all orders within 3-5 business days, provided the item(s) are in-stock. If you need something sooner, give us a call toll free at 1-877-807-1091 and we'll be glad to help you.

Absinthe Devil ships all our domestic orders using UPS Ground. This allows our customers to track their order from our door to theirs. We do not ship outside of the USA and Canada.

Sales are not completed and accepted until payment is received, processed and shipped.

Changing or Canceling Your Order

If you want to change or cancel your order prior to shipment, please notify us immediately because your product may ship that day. Call us 1-877-807-10918 between 8AM and 6PM Eastern Standard Time. You are responsible for all shipping charges if your order is shipped before we are notified of your change or cancellation.

Returns

All purchases at Absinthe Devil may be returned up to 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Should you wish to make a return, please contact us so we can issue you a RMA number.

If you feel you received a damaged product, please read the conditions of the following return policy:

1. If you are to receive a damaged product, you must request an RMA number before the product can be returned. Please ensure you include your full name, order number, telephone number, item in question and a complete description of the problem. Typically, within 1 to 2 business days after submitting the completed request you will be contacted via email with an RMA number and product return instructions.

2. Returned items must be complete without exception. When returning a product, you must enclose a copy of your sales invoice.

3. Absinthe Devil will not pay the return shipping cost for non-fault returns. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are packed properly and insured against loss. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit to us.
4. If the returned product is verified as being damaged, it will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not refundable even if returned within the time limits:

Special Orders (any order over $500), any items that are defaced or physical damaged by end-users; we reserve the right to check the condition of the returned items before issuing refund; any product returned without the original package that cannot be verified as our products; any items returned after 30 days and any items returned without RMA number and authorization.

All prices are listed in United States dollars and are subject to change without notice. Please note that the listings do not represent the entire product line offered by the various manufacturers. Most products offered by our manufacturers are available. Please inquire with your requirements: manufacturer's name, item description and model number.

Absinthe Devil reserves the right to cancel and refund any order for out of stock products. Customers will be notified within 5 business days of this cancellation should it occur.

Special Orders

Any order over $500 shall be considered a special order. Shipping charges quoted for special orders are subject to change once the order is packed, measured and weighed. We ship via UPS and UPS uses dimensional rates to determine actual shipping charges. We cannot give an actual shipping cost on special orders until the order is packed, measured and weighed. We will notify the customer of the adjusted the shipping charge as it becomes available.

Absinthe Devil does not ship outside of the USA.
