This brouille (that is placed on top) and acts as a ice water reservoir with a small hole in the bottom. This allows ice water in the reservoir to slowly drip into the glass mixing with the absinthe waiting below. This is a traditional and effective way to produce a perfect louche. Glass pictured is not included.Use this dripper, or brouille with your favorite absinthe glass with a lip diameter of up to 3 inches.
